Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
In the event of a cancellation of the service in full by Socacize St. Lucia (herein known as "the hosting party") participants will receive a refund on their purchase, however, if there is a cancellation in part by the hosting party the participant shall receive the session on a subsequent day. Â
Please note: requests for refunds must occur at least three hours prior to the distribution of the access code from the first session. After that time refunds cannot be processed or offered. Refunds cannot be administered once the sessions have began.Â
